RV Dealers as Essential Business:

“In an effort to clarify what seems to be the most commonly asked questions, the following guidance is being offered to assist FRVTA members.

First, the terms “essential business” and “essential industry” flow from generic guidance issued by the federal Department of Homeland Security and are intended to serve as guidance to federal, state and local officials as they deal with emergencies of all kinds.  As it relates to the current health emergency, these terms are more refined by state and local officials via their emergency orders to deal with the practicalities of this pandemic.” Read full memo

This is the draft letter provided from DACS to folks in the Ag industry.  Since a lot of our members have licenses from DACS  they should use this same template for commuting letters for their employees.  Let us know if you have any questions.

Have your voices heard:

“The reason for this letter to you all is to provide some information that we hope you will use to contact your local legislators, Mayors and State Legislators.  During the health emergency that this country is facing, it is absolutely crucial that we make our voices heard in regards to our industry being Essential to the safety of the public.” Read full letter
