The industry knows how vital customer satisfaction is to sustaining industry quality and growth. The overall goal of the RV Distance Learning Network (DLN) is to maintain its basic core philosophy of leading and educating the most important part of any business %u2013 PEOPLE. RV employees will have access to the DLN, which is designed to support current learning initiatives and help manage %u201cspeed to competency%u201d. Employees can learn about the industry directly from the company%u2019s resources online. Professional employee development is our top priority. The Florida RV Trade Association (FRVTA) has provided our members with industry technician training for over 20 years. The DLN has expanded its scope to ensure we focus on all employees.
