Position Title: Service Advisor Full Time/Part Time: Full Time Job Description: This position works directly with the public and requires strong organizational skills and the ability to communicate clearly with customers, sales department, and technicians. The service writer’s work as a team to direct work for their appointed service crews, and is to facilitate a strong team environment focused on customer service and the timely delivery of quality repairs. The service writer must be able to work comfortably with computers, for input and processing of all repair orders. Key job functions: Customer service; promoting regular scheduled maintenance; shop scheduling; proper management of technicians best attributes; sales deliveries; properly opening and closing all repair orders; estimates for work to be done; inspect and tag units brought in for service; service counter appearance; shop productivity; assisting with all and any service inquiries; requests for warranty authorization on applicable repairs; proper filing of paperwork for warranty repairs with the warranty writer; contacting and maintaining good customer relations; miscellaneous duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications: Prior experience in either RV, marine or automotive a must. Salary/Pay Range: Negotiable
