- 1/2 c of rolled oats
- 3/4 c oat milk (can use other non-dairy or dairy milk but oat-milk gives this recipe extra creaminess)
- 1 1/2 Tbsp cocoa powder
- 1/4 tsp pure vanilla extract
- A dash of salt
- Sweetener of your choice
- Toppings of your choice
Combine all of the ingredients and microwave for 1 1/2 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds. Alternatively, you can mix the ingredients together and refrigerate for at least 6 hours (overnight) and heat up for 30 seconds the next morning or serve cold.
