The Naples Zoo at Caribbean Gardens is a popular attraction located in Naples, Florida, United States. Founded in 1919 by botanist Dr. Henry Nehrling, the zoo was originally called “Gardens of the Tropics” and was home to a wide variety of exotic plants and animals. In the 1940s, the zoo was renamed “Caribbean Gardens” and became a popular tourist attraction in Southwest Florida.

Today, the Naples Zoo is home to more than 1,000 animals representing over 200 species, including primates, big cats, reptiles, birds, and mammals. The zoo is accredited by the Association of Zoos and Aquariums (AZA) and is known for its conservation efforts and educational programming.
