Pumpkin Martini… the name evokes images of holiday gatherings filled with friends and family. It may be a fall favorite but I enjoy it enough to keep the ingredients on hand year-round and break out for any brisk evening by the campfire!
- 1 shot glass of Vanilla Vodka
- 1 shot glass of Pumpkin Liqueur
- 1 shot glass of Irish Cream Liqueur
- Pinch of ground cinnamon
- Pinch of ground nutmeg
- 1 cup of ice
- Crushed Pistachios
Pumpkin Martini directions:
Dip the rim of a chilled glass into honey then roll into the crushed pistachios (I blend up a batch ahead of time in a Magic Bullet hand blender to have on hand for martinis and cheese logs). Combine the vodka and liqueurs into a cocktail shaker with the ice. Cover and shake until the outside of the shaker is frosted over. Strain into the chilled glass and garnish with a sprinkle of ground cinnamon and nutmeg.
