Nearby attractions
For those of you that don’t know, Sarasota is a mecca of fun and popular with tourists of all ages. There are numerous beaches of all types within a few miles from the baby-powder fine sand of Siesta Key to the shark-tooth capital of the world, Venice Beach. You will definitely be getting some quality sand time when you stay at this resort! The area was the winter home for the Ringling circus and so a visit to the spectacular Ringling Museum is a great day trip.
The climate is so incredible that Herrmann’s Royal Lipizzans still winter and train here! Visitors can watch training sessions but it is outside so wear sunblock and bring a hat. If shopping and restaurants are more your speed, a visit to St Armand’s Circle will not disappoint!
